Too expensive, purchased two products, both paid almost double the price of the pharmacy I usually use, a real THEFT, never again

modern and well-equipped pharmacy, they have supplements of all types, I take many and therefore I stock up on them

Unpleasant people in this pharmacy! I had already had a less than positive experience but today they outdid themselves. The pharmacist even called me "overbearing", generalizing to all the other customers too, just because I was undecided whether to buy a generic antibiotic for the child given that the prescription was for an original drug. Something like this had never happened to me in my life. How can you attack a person without any valid reason without knowing their situation. Obviously I won't set foot there again. They are not worthy of doing this job.

Terrible experience, zero professionalism and arrogance truly at the limit of decency. When I ask for 4 swabs, the shop assistant's (brown-haired girl with glasses) PC freezes, so I wait for her to restart it; suddenly the receipt appears and I ask if it was possible to pass on the health card (which was not asked of me in advance by the sales assistant herself). Following my request, her response was EH YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE... disconcerted, also because, first, I was waiting for her PC to restart, second, it should be the pharmacist who asked for it. At that point I pointed out to her that she should have been the one to ask me for it and her further response was: YES BUT YOU'RE THE ONE WHO'S BUYING! Truly absurd and as the icing on the cake, all the people in the queue were rightly equipped with masks (you know, we have been in the midst of a pandemic for almost 3 years...), while the two dear pharmacy assistants didn't even have a shadow of one. Avoid wasting time with people lacking any professionalism and decency, who treat you like a fish in your face.
