Small pharmacy with limited services but still with everything tourists normally require.

Unfortunately, I had bad experiences. I'm coming from Switzerland to Schenna on vacation. On the journey to Schenna, an existing herniated disc worsened acutely. My wife went to the pharmacy to buy painkillers. The two ladies said paracetamol is not a painkiller.... Then I had a prescription for Tramadol faxed to the pharmacy. This was not accepted because it was not original. I had to go to the local doctor. He copied the recipe. The medication was handed out with this prescription. But only one package. The second one must be ordered first. One lady couldn't do anything and had to constantly ask the other for advice. And at first I was rudely chased out of the store because only two people are allowed. Even though Corona is over. All in all, I am very dissatisfied. But I got my stuff, that's why two stars.

Just not that friendly staff. I didn't like the commanding tone. An older gentleman behind me became completely unsettled. Can he go in or does he have to stay outside? Mask up, mask down and it feels like 35 degrees. Not exactly good for your health.

A small, finely stocked country pharmacy with a focus on phytotherapy right in the heart of beautiful Schenna. The friendly and helpful staff always tries to master the often difficult challenges of everyday pharmacy life with a sunny disposition and to the best of their knowledge and belief. The pharmacy team attaches great importance to compliance with the applicable Covid-19 regulations. These are clearly displayed in the interior/exterior area of the pharmacy. If this is ignored, it will be pointed out patiently and politely. Which, of course, is likely to be bitter for many a person who refuses to wear mouth and nose protection and denies Covid-19. So far no one has died as a result of wearing mouth and nose protection, but in the opposite case... . Unless a pseudo study by self-proclaimed virologists circulating on the web proves the opposite... . Customer requests are always addressed with an open ear. Which is not always easy, especially during Covid-19 times. Carrying out the rapid Covid antigen test in particular is encountering obstacles. Not all pharmacies, like those in Schenna, CAN offer this service: all too often it fails due to a lack of staff as well as bureaucratic, legal and structural hurdles. At this point a big compliment to the Schenna tourist office and the Schenna community doctor, Dr. Peter Grüner, who were able to fill this gap in an exemplary manner and with tireless commitment. THANKS! To everyone out there, lots of patience, calmness, contentment, respect for your neighbors as well as health and sunshine in your hearts!!!
