In reality they are 5 stars for all the staff except for the doctor with the dark bob who, in addition to always being arrogant, last time told me that travocort no longer exists. Second experience with another medicine she immediately told me that the original has been missing for months but strangely I come back after half an hour as soon as she has left and another doctor looks at the prescription and tells me that it has been missing for a while but she wants to check if maybe in the morning and arrived. And there were 2 packs!!! Gia was always sour but since she's at lunch time it's worse, especially when she's alone! Now I only come in the afternoon just to not see that sour face.

Lady with short hair and glasses, acid and unpleasant, in my opinion not suitable for the role she plays, mind-blowingly speechless.

If you could give zero stars I would be very happy to give them. If an asthmatic comes into your pharmacy during an asthma attack asking for ventolin, there is no way you should hear the answer "without a prescription we can't help you, if you're sick you go to hospital". It's called first aid, idiots. I hope you never find yourself unable to respect those who have the solution and are careful not to give it to you, yet you did exactly this thing. Ridiculous.

Good morning, I have been frequenting this pharmacy for 40 years.. and I can confirm the professionalism and seriousness of Doctor Senesi and all the staff, in knowing how to listen and reassure us customers, who are sometimes a little anxious.... It is a pleasure to see that someone, when you come in, asks you how you are and this... makes you understand that you are not just a customer!!
