Slow, rude and rude staff. 3 operators in the pharmacy and all 3 having a "lounge" with friendly customers. When I asked to be served, I received looks from top to bottom, complete with the comment "you have to wait because the operator is still talking to the gentleman". I waited 15 minutes before one of them broke free from the chatter to sell me the antibiotic. BAD experience.
Efficient. Orders are processed within a few hours. Trained pharmacists especially the young group
Pharmacy in the center of Ciampino... parking problems, but on the other hand trained, kind, welcoming staff... excellent impression for professionalism.
Inappropriate and rude staff. If it were a private company, much more attention would be paid to training and control.
The pharmacy itself is excellent, if it weren't for the staff who "fortunately" find us every now and then. This morning 01/16/2020 there were two operators who were really not up to par, they made people queue, something that never happens with other pharmacists in the same pharmacy! They should do like all the selection professions, 3 people ahead of me, I waited 20 minutes to get a bottle of physiological water! And the people ahead of me just had to ask for information. Too bad for the pharmacy with excellent potential, but with staff like this.... Let's forget it.
