I am disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I received a fake €20 note as change during my last purchase. Although I contacted the staff to resolve the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory resolution. I advise all customers to carefully check their change during transactions in this pharmacy to avoid similar situations.

I went to this pharmacy entering the restricted traffic zone by car at night to purchase a medicine for the child who was not feeling well. The person (a young or middle-aged woman at most) tells me that they don't have the medicine and that she will notify the traffic police to have the fine canceled. I go away calmly, except that a few months later I get a fine for violating the ZTL. I wrote an email to the pharmacy which was not responded to. Afterwards, I went to talk to them and they told me they would take care of it. Result: new communication from the traffic police with an increased fine. I stopped contacting them and moved on to dealing directly with the police. I thought, subsequently, that I should have taken precautions by purchasing any product to be able to demonstrate my passage during restricted traffic hours or by taking care to keep the receipt from the other night pharmacy where I found the product, but all this was due to my cunning which did not I had and not to the professionalism of the pharmacist. Instead, when a person tells you, looking you in the eye, that they will do something on which everything I have described depends (and they should do it as a matter of course, not exceptionally) and they don't do it, for me it is unspeakable. I have decided that I will never buy anything here again, neither during the day nor at night. Even for subsequent nighttime emergencies, I went directly elsewhere because I no longer feel safe after this episode

I'm leaving ten minutes ago. 8 am. I ask if it is possible to do the swab. “8 o'clock is too early. You come back “around” 8:30. Lazy. There is no indication about the time to take the swab. The other times they fill you with questions. But why does he do it? My business if I pay you. You are useless to everyone. The courtesy of the previous times also DOES NOT exist. But luckily the Minerva opens at 7:30 so I went there. So dear pharmacists you can sleep peacefully. And the swab costs less at Minerva. Good luck

Friendly staff, you can buy basic pharmaceutical products here. Tourists can buy here, without a prescription, among others: nose drops.

€8 for an FFP2 mask in a situation of need is not a fair price. It is not a reasonable profit to use the needs of citizens for your profit. SHAME. I'm lucky I was able to pay it, but what happens to those who have a worse economic situation? Isn't he entitled?
