Farmacia Stazione Porta Genova Sas

I arrived to collect an order as a rider; the order was not ready, and the woman behind the desk told me to stay in line like other customers, but not respectfully. I don't know if she hates her job, foreigners, or Glovo riders, but she should be more professional. After waiting for 10–15 minutes in their store, they realized they didn't have the product. I wasted my time, and they treated me badly.

I had with a tricky problem that the pharmacy had never met before. I was really boring and insisted a lot to get support. All staff were respectful and have shown a lot of patience. At the end, they succeeded to solve my problem and this helped me relax. I am very grateful that they have not given up. Many thanks to the all team!

Cattivi , maleducato Zero customer service . I recommend walking an extra 1km to any other pharmacy instead of wasting breath with this mob. Rude and absolutely no knowledge

Good service. Almost always open. Recommend to check out the updated opening hours and the 24/24 hrs open pharmacy open on duty in that area in case it's closed. Can find it directly at every pharmacy entrance!

I feel the personel is kinda rude mostly with forengeirs like me ,the last year I been there and the treatment wasn't the best and this year again...I just went there cause is the closest to my spot but honestly now since the same happened to me twice I prefer to avoid it
