UniClub pharmacies" I won a 500 ml thermal datch bottle, a set of steak knives, 150 loyalty points, a Guy Laroche beach towel and I also requested the Bellissima 5-function brush from the catalogue. from Imetec (arrived directly at the pharmacy). Terrible, rude, they did not exchange an intact product which does not require any particular attention in conservation. It didn't cost them anything, just a gesture of kindness towards the customer.... like getting lost in a glass of water and losing customers. Compliments.

I've been there a few times just passing through. Kindness, courtesy, advice: 7 stars. I have never witnessed scenes of disappointment from regular customers. Prudentially I give 4 stars, ready to give the fifth star as soon as I know better the usual service of the Pharmacy.

Terrible, I'll never go in there again. This morning I purchased a covid self-diagnosis test at a high price of 7.90 (in other pharmacies it doesn't cost more than 5 euros). After 4 hours I took it back to the pharmacy to exchange it for another product in the sachet like they gave it to me.. ... perfectly sealed... I didn't even take it out of the envelope. They replied that it is not possible to replace the product due to covid... There is no warning in the pharmacy regarding this and it is not required by any legislation. Terrible and not kind at all. Never again...
