Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable doctors

They are incompetent and rude, they only waste time, they have no rules on the working method. This leads to misunderstandings for the customer, they don't even know how to give correct information on drug prescriptions. In another pharmacy they explained to me much better how to get a certain type of prescription, which was resolved quickly among other things. Never again from them!

The doctor (probably the owner) gave me a product on the receipt that I did not purchase. After a few minutes I went back to the pharmacy to point out the error and he refunded me a smaller amount in cash (in this case I made the mistake of not checking at the time). I don't want to believe in bad faith, but this type of distraction leads to losing customers, so much so that I will never return to this pharmacy again.

Pharmacy stocked, even if they don't have the product they order it and it arrives quickly. My family has always supplied themselves in this pharmacy. The only thing that has happened to me twice already is taking supplements that need to be kept in the fridge but of course the pharmacist never tells you the directions. It's true that the storage methods are written in the leaflet and that it was an oversight on my part, but surely if the pharmacist had given me the instructions I wouldn't have wasted the money. Let's say that in other pharmacies I have seen more attentive staff.... For now I have decided to change 🙄

It is very unfair to charge young children for end-of-quarantine swabs, even though they have an official ASL declaration received on an electronic file. Profiting from this situation is for poor people. They will never see me again
