On 2.11.22 I went to this pharmacy to purchase a rapid covid swab paying €11.90! I believe it is immoral to speculate in this way given that swabs cost an average of €4.90 in pharmacies and parapharmacies. Obviously I will never go again.
I ask for a tape plaster and they give me an elastic bandage, similar in the box... I open it, realize the mistake and bring it back to them. Not even an apology, you don't change. I point out that the mistake is theirs... they don't care... they lost a ten-year customer.
Cold staff, looks down on the customer. Perpetually annoyed attitude, no one knows what. Prices too high compared to market prices
