Farmacia Sede Farmaceutica N.846 "pietro Lusetti"

I've always gone to this pharmacy since it's under my house but since they hired a bald guy with a red beard I don't think I'll go anymore...rude and arrogant person, I went there on March 30th to take some medicines and he treated me like a junkie... rude, kick him out if you don't want to lose more customers...

Small and familiar. You can breathe the air of a traditional pharmacy. Trained and courteous doctors.

I have always used them since they opened but the Doctor was very rude. I had to change an intimate cleanser because it had an ingredient to which I'm allergic, unfortunately after spending €97 on products, I only noticed it at home. When I went back to change it I wasn't able to because I was told that I could have put it in the oven and therefore altered the properties and then why should a customer wash with a soap that I would have touched. These are the absurd phrases said by a person with a degree where I will never go again.

I come by post from far away to serve myself at this pharmacy where I always find great professionalism, kindness and cordial availability. The doctors are truly impeccable in their service and ability to understand the needs of their customers, with great attention also to the elderly. They quickly provide you with medicines, even difficult-to-find veterinary medicines, and advise you with great courtesy and attention to your needs. I am more than satisfied and I recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Stocked pharmacy and friendly staff near where my sister lives. If there are no emergencies, sometimes I postpone the purchases to make them there, appreciating the doctor's professionalism, evidently gained over years and years in hospital. At least that's what I was told when I complimented him on his preparation.
