I call around 11.40 to find out if it's possible to get a swab 2 weeks ago, they tell me they're open until 12.30 and that I can come. I left the queue that I had been standing in for 30 minutes at another pharmacy, I arrived at 11.45 and was told that I couldn't do the swab as the person in charge of the swabs would have left after 15 minutes and didn't have time. I understand everything, it can happen to anyone to have commitments but you don't offer me the service 2 minutes before on the phone and when I arrive you tell me it's not possible.

Unfortunately there is no zero star: this morning I had an unpleasant disagreement with the sales assistant at this pharmacy (Rizzo). I went to get a swab and this person in the white coat stuck the swab all the way up my nose causing severe discomfort and almost pain. This pseudo-pharmacist didn't care at all about the incorrect procedure. When I pointed this out to him he reacted in an aggressive tone saying: "But what are you?" - A very arrogant and frustrated person (a hater) should not work in contact with customers. I added to her that I had done a hundred swabs before qto and her modality did not follow the correct procedure, causing pain as well. The girl responded by saying that all the others were wrong. (no comment !) This pseudo-pharmacist made the same mistake with a child who made him scream for two minutes. Basically a sadist. During the argument the manager intervened but the music was the same. Some people should be banned and never set foot in a pharmacy again because they only cause harm.

Today, under the doctor's obligation, I'm going to have my blood pressure measured due to a severe headache, this morning I had 100/180, they refused, saying that they don't do this service! And who does it if not the pharmacy!? But do you think we are cows to be milked with money instead of milk or human beings? By law you should do so. I didn't put my foot down because my head was exploding and out of respect for the many years I've known you. You no. Shame

Staff who are arrogant and rude to the customer, to say the least. Even more incompetent, you ask for a bisolvon for dry cough and he replies with an arrogant air that there is no bisolvon for dry cough! But for goodness' sake, change jobs if you don't know how to deal with the public and you don't even know how to work in a pharmacy.

I've always had a good time here. One of the doctors explained my treatment to me better than the doctor did. Furthermore, he "deciphered" a doctor's writing that few could read. Thank you very much. If there are no medicines available, they have them delivered the same day.
