Farmacia Gatti Laura

I entered the store to buy a simple medication for the throat. There was a customer dealing with some cash payment at the cash register, other than that I was the only customer. The five employees behind the counter totally ignored me for several minutes, they were doing everything but taking care of customers. As I said they were counting cash. A lot of cash, they were having problem getting the right amount and they were keeping counting. The others were just chatting and basically doing nothing. After a few minutes - at least 10 minutes I guess - another customer entered the store and they immediately asked her if she needed help with something. Basically they kept ignoring me, and of course she was a frequent customer and they knew her. When I protested saying that I was first in the line they asked me in a very rude manner what I needed. When I told them, another person said they didn't have it, without even checking. Don't go there, please, there is a much better Pharmacy a few hundred meters away, and they are very helpful.

I came across this pharmacy by chance and found friendly, attentive and professional staff... they not only served me but helped me with valuable advice. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

Second time they don't look at me and don't see me... I went in, I was waiting near the house and another pharmacist came in and started giving service to another person.... OK… Just doesn't work with this pharmacy. It's already the third or fourth time. First I came I asked for THROAT ASPI FOR GIRLS, they didn't know WHAT IT IS. But sorry, but you have to be careful at work... But this time I promise myself that I will never, ever go again! NEVER, EVER.

I stopped in passing and found competence and professionalism. Compliments
