Unprofessional staff. I asked for the generic of a very common intramuscular painkiller, which all pharmacies should always have available, and I was smugly replied "there's the BRAND one, otherwise nothing". Since I had excruciating pain in my back and I absolutely needed the drug, I had to take it and pay much more for it than the generic. But at the risk of dying of pain, I will never set foot there again

10 minutes before closing time for lunch the pharmacists decide not to let customers in anymore, on a day when this is the only pharmacy open within a radius of several kilometres. A gentleman then manages to reopen 5 minutes after closing, introducing himself as a city councilor and asserting his status. A pharmacist, looking intimidated and frustrated, shouts, threatening to call the police and insulting customers, who in her opinion lack respect.

November 4, 2023, 8:00 pm. The pharmacy is closing, but a kind doctor decides to let me in anyway, perhaps taking pity on my suffering face, doubled over by a strong pain in my back. The doctor who serves me at the counter greets me with some insults, calling me rude for showing up at closing time. Yet I haven't entered a wedding favor shop. In any case, I accept the insult believing that I deserve it a little and, therefore, I let him continue to insult me without saying anything. To be honest, I probably didn't have the strength to say anything. At this point, I hand her my cell phone with the photo of a blank prescription with which my doctor prescribes me a therapy that I suppose the kind doctor is able to deem consistent with my evident physical state. Yet, the recipe is dated 4-11-2023, but we are on 4-12-2023. It is impossible to think that it may be quite unlikely that, exactly one month ago, I was affected by the same back pain, also because, in that case, at that time, I would have had to be in hospital rather than in the pharmacy. And it is equally unthinkable, evidently, that for a doctor who prescribes hundreds of prescriptions, on the 4th of the month, it is more likely, by mistake, to report the usual month of the last hundreds of prescriptions, rather than the previous one. Well, what seems obvious to me was not obvious to the kind doctor: the prescription was dated a month ago and she cannot give me what was prescribed. I leave the pharmacy without medicines, to return the following morning, after a sleepless night, at 8:00, politely at the opening time, with a new prescription and, fortunately, without meeting the kind doctor from the night before. Unfortunately, the pharmacy is not a wedding favor shop and it is difficult to decide never to go into it again, or at least not always possible. Certainly, after this experience, I will hardly set foot in this pharmacy again, except in cases of urgency and extreme necessity. Certain jobs are chosen if you are able to offer, with humanity and professionalism, a public service to the citizen. I only feel sorry for the rest of the pharmacy colleagues, who have always shown professionalism and kindness, in particular those present last night, who, despite themselves, had to indulge their colleague, as well as the doctor who served me this morning.

Last night I experienced a real abuse of power by a brunette doctor in this pharmacy. The aforementioned with extreme arrogance, rudeness and in an extremely aggressive way tried to blame me for the purchase of some pharmacies, just because I didn't have the paper prescription. Violating my privacy and taking an extremely insensitive and moralistic attitude. Although obviously he regularly sold them to me.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Apart from pharmacists without a minimum of empathy and understanding towards the customer in front of them. I went to the pharmacy because it was the only one open on holidays and which could give me a swab requested by the doctor. After a swab at home tested positive in this pharmacy it turns out negative! Even the doctor doesn't believe it and tells me to get another one. I take the second swab myself and it's positive again. To be even more sure I get one done by a nurse, and it's positive again! I wasted money and I was also treated like an idiot by two pharmacists who thought they were who knows who and knew less than me about the medicine I had requested! Learn empathy, get off the pedestal you are on and learn to work! As far as I'm concerned, I will never set foot in that pharmacy again and I will not recommend it to anyone!
