I am on vacation and was in Egypt for 12 days before arriving in Florence. Unfortunately, I caught a stomach virus and had to see a doctor here in Florence. He prescribed some medication and the pharmacist was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. And kind. Very kind. I’m getting better. I so appreciate the recommendations from the pharmacist. Thank you.
Negligence and racism. They act nice but deny you the assistance they should give you with a medical prescription, because they listen to you in a different tone. I have a doctor's prescription with an emergency of 10 days to be placed a Holter. They tell me they have this service, but they just don't have the desire to help me. They tell me that it is only possible to do it in May. I saw how this pharmacist didn't like my accent and the treatment was completely different from other customers. It is deplorable that this racism exists.
Shameful prices (double the reference price) and beyond any market logic. Never again.
The waitress is very nice and kind, professional. With short hair.
