I would like to point out that every time I go in out of necessity, as this is the closest pharmacy to home, I always hope to speak to the curly-haired lady with light eyes, who is courteous and available to help you choose the most suitable medicine. The other pharmacists, given the arrogance, misinformation and rudeness, they would do better to open a different business where they don't play who has the biggest problem with people's health. Better a bakery??

Let me start by saying that I have been using this pharmacy for several years, but after today they can DEFINITELY close for me!!! I urgently needed this medicine for my grandmother's blood pressure because she clearly needed it, but unfortunately I didn't have the prescription as it was Saturday, so I kindly asked if they could give it to me anyway, as they did many times (and then I would bring it later as always) and one of the sales assistants told me no, that she can't without a prescription and I replied by telling her that her colleagues who were there often give me at least one box without a prescription... among other things, one of them shamelessly denied saying that it only happened once but that's absolutely not the case. A truly aggressive and ignorant way that I cannot tolerate especially due to the continuous denial of everything and therefore I will take action.

I give two stars only for the rudeness of the sales assistants. If it happens again I'll go elsewhere.

Rude, ignorant and create rules that don't exist just to make me pay for single packs instead of multipacks which cost less. I will never set foot there again

Always extremely rude, but after the last time I definitely won't be returning; I was called because they had given me the wrong medication, when I went back there I expected at least an apology, and instead they struck again by responding rudely and not mentioning an excuse, on the contrary, having an extremely rude manner. Zero professionalism, and also always noticed behavior of sellers, not pharmacists. Reading the reviews I discover with little surprise that I wasn't the only one to be treated like this.
