Farmacia Borgo San Paolo

I purchased a ankle band which I found defected, but they wouldn’t exchange nor give the money back and I had to prove the product was defected with my measurement tape.. it’s been a while since then but I’m writing this review for no more inconveniences! + I’m not confused as your pharmacy is the only one on the block and I had to visit twice. Also I used to pass by every day to the park. That’s an ugly excuse of you.

Unfortunately I have to say that although I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for about a year and have enjoyed it, today I asked for a courtesy by telephone, due to a flu that prevented me from going out, if they could bring some medicines to my home even after the shop closed. exercise since they couldn't do it due to lack of staff, the clerk's response was that she has a personal commitment at 2.00 pm so I had to call another pharmacy for this service In response to yours; I believe that anyone who carries out an activity in contact with the public, in any way and from an ethical point of view, the customer must be satisfied. I went to this pharmacy for the first time a few weeks ago, I entered intrigued by the windows and was welcomed by three very friendly doctors, I let them recommend products for my delicate skin and now I can say I am very satisfied with being I entrusted myself to these professionals who work with enthusiasm and passion. Having passed by there today they remembered me and this shows how much they care about their clients and patients, not just the regular ones
