Vacation saver!! My daughter and I arrived 10 minutes before they opened as she was feeling quite ill. The gentleman outside of the café next to the pharmacy asked if we were waiting for the pharmacy and when we said yes he proceeded to ask us some questions as to why we were there. Turned out he was the pharmacist/doctor - and opened the doors for us right at 8:30 AM. He then proceeded to help us very quickly and earnestly with my daughter’s symptoms. Could not have asked for better help and assurance! He said his English was bad but it was in fact fantastic - when he could not find the word or words, we worked to understand each other. He sought to understand her issues and went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend.
Seriously saved our butts when we couldn’t find a Covid test anywhere else without a reservation. Got one in about 15 minutes that was good enough for travel. Thank you Dr Umberto!!!!
Rude, did not even try to understand my questions and just said “no, no, no speak English” - we had much better experiences at nearby pharmacies
