The staff were welcoming and helpful and the wait to be served was minimal

A little cramped place. Perhaps a renovation is needed. It has entrance for wheelchairs. It has a well-stocked dietary food department. Good availability of medicines. Excellent (kind, polite and punctual) service at the counter.

The staff is courteous and thanks to their availability I was able to book a medicine that they didn't have at the time but which arrived the same day. Depending on the time there is a bit of a queue, but they manage to guarantee distancing and service in not too long times.

Excellent and extremely helpful staff. Furthermore, for us Polito and Regno students we are entitled to a 15% discount on non-pharmaceutical products (gauze, plasters, etc.) I will definitely come back when I need it!
