Farmacia Comunale N.18

I would like to see in person those customers who have given a negative review of some of the graduate staff to try to understand if they are just professional slanderers or parrots who repeat nonsense based on hearsay. I have been using this pharmacy for almost 10 years now and I can say that I have never been treated with arrogance or anything else. Instead, I must note that the availability towards the most fragile patients, the elderly, foreigners or even people who can be identified as "simple" are treated and helped in the best possible way. Of course, not everyone has the same way of approaching customers and some show more empathy than others. This is what emerges from my experience with at least one visit a week, sometimes even two thanks to the pathologies I suffer from which force me to consume a lot of drugs. I must also add that I can be considered a fairly reliable judge due to the fact that I am a doctor who has been in contact with patients for over 40 years. Last note, being patient with a pharmaceutical medical problem to be solved does not give you the license to insult and denigrate those who are working. I apologize for the length of the post but after yet another critical situation between a very impatient patient and a pharmacist I couldn't help but express it in a long-winded way.

May 2023. In the shopping center of Via Canova, this large, well-stocked pharmacy. It's a shame that the number of employees (pharmacists and other salespeople) is small and long queues often arise.

I'm writing this review because I've read some bad things about this pharmacy and I wanted to make a point: I was there tonight, September 10th, and I was served in an extremely friendly and professional manner... among other things, it was also the end of the day. Will I have been lucky? I reserve the right to change my opinion if I ever go back and am proven wrong, for the moment 5 stars will be given

Those who work in this pharmacy (maybe one or two are saved) are rude, rude and don't even remotely know what it means to work for the public. They believe they are superior to everything and everyone, not at all professional when it comes to the sale of dermocosmetics products, and do not meet the customer's needs. I strongly advise against this pharmacy even if the location is excellent.
