It's not the pharmacy I thought, unequivocal rudeness and haste to do but above all if you say no to one drug they immediately switch to another not valid at all

Unpleasant pharmacist. I tried to explain my situation to her and she, without even listening to what I was saying, responded with "default" paying zero attention to my problem. Rude and unprofessional.

The best pharmacy in Florence. It is well equipped and offers many services. The doctors are very professional, kind and competent. They identify with the needs and wants of the person and do their utmost to be able to satisfy them. A thousand thanks

I have been a regular customer of the pharmacy for months. The pharmacy employees are all friendly and efficient, but the owner was rude and irritating on every occasion. I decided not to go back there again after being convinced by the owner to buy a thermoscanner, which later turned out not to work. I returned less than a week later to ask for the return (with receipt and product), but I encountered too much resistance (e.g. "why didn't you come earlier? You should have come immediately, eh"; "eh but now I can only give you the replacement"; "I can't give you your money back"). Luckily I knew I had the right to a return and I insisted. Anyway, no respect for the customer. I would add that the pharmacy is on average stocked, some items are not available (supplements and breastfeeding syringes, in our case).

No professionalism: deceptions so as not to sell you the generic drug. I went to the emergency room for an allergic reaction and they prescribed 3 medications. They didn't have one of these, and they told me to come back the next day. I had to ask if there wasn't another medicine with the same active ingredient. They told me there was a generic (almost advising me against it) that I took. Then on another, knowing the generic, I asked for it instead of the one they prescribed me. At that point they told me they couldn't give it to me because the recipe indicated something else. I said it didn't matter, but then they reiterated that the one marked had 7 tablets and therefore they couldn't give me another one where there were more tablets. This medicine is Cetiricin, which can also be bought without a prescription. In short, they didn't want to sell it to me, I had to pay more for the branded one. When I got home I saw that the emergency room doctor had prescribed it for 9 days. So even that package wouldn't have been enough for me... In short, a disaster, I do not recommend this pharmacy to everyone.
