Rudeness of the people who work behind the counter of this pharmacy! They sent away a 90-year-old lady who had gone to the pharmacy on crutches for her medicines. The elderly lady had the recipe online on her phone. The rude lady sent him away saying she didn't have time to find her recipe! These people should be at the service of people, even more so when faced with fragile people. I patiently worked hard to find the prescription in his phone and make sure he got his medicines. Stunned! Change jobs people, Change!

Extremely well-stocked pharmacy, available to procure any requested product within a few hours when not available, friendly, smiling but above all trained staff in all fields of pharmacology and medicine, always ready to give you the right advice at the right time. Without a doubt the best pharmacy in Grosseto and surrounding areas!

Completely inexperienced staff, with an eye operated on for retinal detachment, denying me my eye drops because I had no prescription, I point out that it has always been sold to me without problems because when I need it my eye is very sore and very red, it is offered to me because I insist a chamomile eye drop... at least with hyaluronic acid...!

I tried to return an intact product 5 minutes after purchasing it. They did not accept my request. They offered me a voucher to purchase other products in the next few days. I refused. I will certainly never buy from pharmacies in person again but online so I can return, check prices and judge the product before paying and if I want to return without any problem. The electronic reality will destroy all these realities that do not accommodate the needs of buyers. Buying products without a prescription will cost you more than it needs to. There are many more options online with much more honest prices.

...it's okay that everything has increased... but €0.40 cents for a mini bag for transporting medicines seems madness to me!!!! ...moreover it was also an "advertising" bag with logos and a promotional website, certainly "honoured" to the municipal pharmacies for advertising purposes.... Profiting from the misfortunes of others here doesn't seem like just a figure of speech to me!
