The icing on the shitty cake: yesterday 01/18/22 people were forced to wait OUTSIDE with barely 4° despite the sign that says "maximum capacity 21 people". Everyone without distinction OUTSIDE like animals: old ladies, children, sick people (let's remember that THERE IS NOT ONLY COVID and THERE IS NOT ONLY TAMPONS). The pharmacist's response to the request for explanations: "the people in line talk to each other and get infected"... What are the masks for then? And where are these alleged pharmacy outbreaks? Who knows if any of the poor Christians present yesterday got sick from waiting. Furthermore, I was asked to "turn over the health card" that I had placed on the counter, they don't even deign to do their job BY TOUCHING A HEALTH CARD anymore. BUT THEY TOUCH THE MONEY AND HOW. This is pure madness.

I bought a thermometer, brought back the next day with a receipt but it didn't work. They don't believe you and they don't refund you. Terrible figure for 4 euros. I had requested a better quality thermometer but they only have one type, amazing. I will never go there again.

I have to leave two appointments free for swabs, I live out of shape in Zarattini and since they don't answer the phone and don't have an email, I would have to go in person to cancel the appointment. My husband went to this pharmacy on the afternoon of August 25th to book my priority tests for pregnancy and after waiting more than half an hour because the booking clerk was missing, we don't know why since it was 4pm: 40, when Mrs. Cecilia finally arrived she was not able to make the reservation, no one knows for what reason wasted time completely unprepared in making simple reservations for the blood test booked in 5 seconds in the next pharmacy!!! To never again!
