I purchase a pair of panties for my period. I pay them Euro 26.50. At home I notice a different price of Euro 24.90 on the package. I phone the pharmacy and report the matter, I assume they answer, the doctor who served me tells me that the computer gives her this price and that's fine with a dry and annoyed manner. An apology? not even a shadow, on the contrary. Congratulations for your professionalism.

Very nice environment with a wide choice of brands, not just pharmaceuticals. Beauty products, personal hygiene and herbal teas. Courteous and highly trained staff. Doctors are always ready to respond and provide detailed advice on their products and medications. Fast service, queue almost non-existent.

Apart from the fact that in 2021 the usual alternation with Gibertini is not possible, at least try to update the information on the internet which shows that the Bixio pharmacy is open and closes at 7pm. You don't make members go around at all with this heat...I had to make certain substantial expenses elsewhere with obvious economic repercussions. Waiting for serious changes.....Enrica Pattini

I do not recommend this pharmacy, to be avoided like the plague due to excessive price increases. example: Cerulisina ear drops, retail price in other pharmacies 7-8 euros. Piece to the public in this pharmacy: 12.90 euros; I asked for the discount and was denied. Greedy for money, if you want to save a few euros just go a few meters further in the same city.
