Inadequate new staff. I politely asked for a spray that I didn't know required a prescription. I didn't demand anything, but the girl who served me (never seen her before) had a derisive face full of completely out of place pompousness. The cosmic nothingness which today is unfortunately not so difficult to find. They won't see me again and it's a shame because I've been going to the establishment for many years and I've always had a good time.

Not just a pharmacy, but THE neighborhood pharmacy. It is well equipped and offers multiple services: ECG holter pressure, facial treatments, galenic preparations and much more. A round of applause to the all-female team, the heart of this pharmacy, who is very knowledgeable and very kind!

I often travel for work for quite long periods and regularly frequent various pharmacies for health reasons. I must say that it was a nice surprise to meet the D'Avanzo pharmacy and all its staff in Rome. Finally a pharmacy not oriented towards discounts and offers (still present although they should be communicated better). but on technical preparation and professionalism. It had never happened to me (and I can be said to be a "failed" doctor) to discuss even complex health topics and always managed to learn something. The doctors are always patient, kind and helpful and never fail to smile. The cosmetics girls are also very knowledgeable and kind and I had the opportunity to pleasantly exchange a few jokes with the warehouse staff. Soon I will have to move city again and I will be sorry not to be able to continue the relationship with them directly. Even if they left me the email and they won't get rid of me that easily...

This pharmacy is reasonably well stocked although it often happens that things have to be ordered, waiting times are short, you order in the morning and they arrive in the afternoon. Kind and competent doctors at the counter. A well-stocked corner with experts for personal hygiene, makeup and beauty. It doesn't operate continuously and on Sundays they are always closed... as if they don't have an opening shift. No to night service. There are few offers, and they never mention product samples even in the presence of large expenses.

I too must say that I initially found myself happy in this pharmacy; then some things left me perplexed. I'm not from the area but I often find myself stopping by Lucio Sestio and after once I received an excellent welcome at the doctors' desk, I then turned to the perfumery department because on the other side the queue was endless. Given that the two ladies were wearing white coats, I thought that they were doctors too and therefore I exposed my problems; among other things delicate problems, of a male nature. So, apart from the fact that the greeting was absolutely not reciprocated, one looked at me a little annoyed, then she turned and went into the closet and there I I noticed that he was on his cell phone. The other one, a bit like this, visibly listless, listened to me anyway and then reeled off a series of advice that were not at all related to my problem, trying to give me a series of natural products. Then finally, seeing that it didn't convince me candidly he said to me "WAIT I'LL ASK THE DOCTORS"....I was shocked and annoyed by this thing,,, partly because I put personal things on display and partly because I felt like I was at the fish counter where if not there are sardines they will foist on you or try to foist mullet on you. Having said that I went out and went to a nearby pharmacy (among other things they told me that this attitude is common in that pharmacy and that they also dispense medicines even if they don't have a degree )But wasn't the white coat once the prerogative of doctors in pharmacies?!?.... 29/11/2018 the owner is happy and pretends to reply to a random user...Such Mr. Ianni or Doctor Ianni?!?!...owner of the pharmacy of the same name?!?!...ridiculous...
