Historic pharmacy in Pistoia, it is located in an excellent position being close to the historic center, a few steps from the station and public transport, as well as the possibility of parking. From my point of view as a citizen I can say that it is very well supplied and above all it has quality products, both in terms of the animal world and cosmetics, without neglecting the world of sport. The staff is very kind and well trained, ready to advise each customer and satisfy all needs. Highly recommended.

Every time you are assisted with the utmost seriousness and courtesy. The doctors are very competent, they explain many things to you and help you solve health problems. They have great pet food and my dog ​​is happy too :-)

Either they are traders who are only interested in selling, or they are incompetent who are not updated on modern medicine. I had asked for a nasal spray for a cold, and they gave me a dirty water spray (homeopathic product) for €10. EDIT: proposing a homeopathic product means offering expensive placebos, and is very different from providing "targeted solutions" and "physiological and natural treatments that do not mask the symptom but resolve it" (as you say). My mistake was to trust your professionalism, but at the time of purchase I was not told it was a homeopathic product (I only realized this when I was no longer in Pistoia). The comment is based on my experience with your pharmacy, and if you continue to claim that a homeopathic product can offer real cures, it means that it is not far-fetched.
