On the first day of our vacation, we needed assistance on a Sunday as one of our group fell and we had no right bandaids or salve/cream. We we're helped really kindly and in English. Would really recommend!

I thank that rude and arrogant phenomenon who last night at 8.01pm didn't want to open the pharmacy for me even though he knew I was very ill. At 6.53pm I was in the car and I called to say that I was ill and that I would be arriving just for closing time and he replied that they would close at 8pm, I arrived at 8.01pm and he came from behind the counter after I knocked and I made myself known to the person on the phone who replied that they were closed; I begged him three times please because I was feeling sick and he also knew what medicine I needed, all I had to do was open the door for a second, instead the arrogant rude man, instead of coming towards the door he ran from the counter on the right to the cashier at the left counter to close the cash register. Despite my requests he not only walked away. but from the back came out a doctor still in scrubs, with curly hair tied back, who noticed and heard everything and was astonished by her colleague who continued to see me begging and him saying that the register was closed. Only after 5 minutes and still in front of his colleague, in an arrogant and rude way he told me that if I wanted the medicine I could go to Leone which would close at 10pm. If he had told me on the phone I would have avoided running to the car and would have gone straight there. Well, dear ungrateful person, I hope that the municipality, given that you work in a municipal pharmacy, takes serious measures against you and that you understand that an extra minute of work doesn't wear anyone out, given that you work in a shopping center where there are shop assistants who they work for private companies that sometimes close half an hour after their opening hours with customers inside. If you hide behind the fact that you are a municipal employee and think you are untouchable, we will see it after these words of mine arrive directly to the Mayor of Desenzano del Garda and the various national trade associations. I use myself periodically at the Le Grezze pharmacy, as do my friends, and I find the staff very helpful towards the public. I was struck by a recent and truly boring review by a gentleman who wrote in agitated, resentful and therefore not at all reasonable tones an episode which happened to him when the pharmacy was now closed, I seem to have understood from reading. If you arrive objectively late and the doors are closed, it is useless to blame anyone, especially if you write that you called an hour before, because if you If you find yourself in severe medical distress, you go directly to the emergency room, call 118 or go to the nearest pharmacy, but immediately and not after an hour! Among other things, there are also the pharmacies on duty that are open in the evening and at night, well highlighted on the noticeboards hanging outside and I know this because it has happened to me that I too have had a need.

I have been a customer for years and have never had the opportunity to complain. The doctors are kind and helpful if you need advice. Thank you.
