Unfortunately, there are three queues for two stations, there are no totems for issuing numbers and the staff is not able to keep track of the entrances, for this reason problems often occur among customers waiting to be served, not having no idea who has been waiting longer or shorter. Taking into account that it is not in my nature to argue with people, much less to go and get medicines, I would say that my experience in this pharmacy is decidedly negative.

Friendly and competent staff. If the product is not available, you can order it. If you have a medical prescription you can also rent an oxygen cylinder.
The best in the area, the others (tor vergata, casilina) long queues, no information, endless waiting... Here I took a swab immediately, they had the tests to do at home, fast, kind and they solved my problem. Elsewhere I had to wait 2 hours to be told: they're finished! Here it is not cunning that wins but professionalism and, if they can't help you immediately, they try to help you in any case. In this phase of the pandemic the pharmacy becomes central, some have understood this, others have not. Highly recommended and the doctors/employees are very kind.
Reported to 117 at the financial police... They asked me for one euro to print the green pass, which is free for patients, with the receipt headed as if I had purchased a galenic preparation. Upon my complaints, they took my pass back... Well... I hope
