For some time now, I have made the decision to move in terms of purchasing to the Mother Pharmacy of Buonconsiglio for various reasons, including the succession of various directors and several personnel changes which have increased evident inconveniences and management problems both from the of the sales staff, both from an organisational, social and qualitative point of view. Despite the bar environment, I notice pharmacists who are not very attentive, poorly trained in product choices and above all not very friendly. Especially the female staff at the medicine counter present a highly arrogant attitude accompanied by rudeness when addressing customers. Often I didn't find anyone at the counter and I found myself forced to go to the cosmetics department where instead, from a very kind and friendly girl who I've known for a long time, I found attention and professionalism several times. Thanks to her, not only did I have detailed information on my requests, but I was able to notice a strong expertise in the sector demonstrated by one of my needs regarding a product that I had chosen to purchase for my partner. By virtue of this occasion, I felt welcome and above all satisfied with the choice indicated. I also had the opportunity to return to the department, and in his absence, unfortunately, I interfaced with another person who seemed to me to be somewhat inexperienced, insistent and above all presumptuous. It clearly demonstrated not only the lack of desire to work combined with the lack of professionalism, but also the attachment to selling the most expensive product without listening to the real needs that I had been revealing to her for many minutes while she insisted with her disrespectful and rude attitude. . In fact, I noticed annoyance in managing my requests and above all no competence in the sector in which he works. Valid reasons to accentuate my choice, aimed at the girl present for the longest time in the cosmetics department, (I think her name is Veronica), who I hope to meet very much if I decide to return again with my partner.

Whenever I need advice I know I can count on their kindness and competence. Dr. Massimiliano assisted me several times and helped me understand the management problem.
