I absolutely disagree with the negative opinions I have read, unfortunately I go to this pharmacy a thousand times and I have never personally received or seen rude attitudes from any operator. Obviously, as with all of us, there is the more patient, courteous and affable person (the owner doctor) than the others, while instead I have witnessed scenes with ignorant and visibly bad faith people who were trying to obtain something that they did not they could give (such as an important and "dangerous" medicine) to be given only with a medical prescription. So to the people who speak badly of this Pharmacy and its operators, I ask: are you sure you have behaved well towards them, as well as for the contested prices, know that all Lloyds pharmacies have the same prices for the same medicine.

Exaggerated prices compared to other pharmacies, to be avoided like the plague. Unfortunately, it makes a game of people's good faith, of the unfamiliarity of many users with technologies, of the urgency of solving problems, of the seniority of those who need medicines at home. Anyone who can check the prices of the exact same drugs online and make their own assessments. If it's not something very urgent, after waiting a few hours a package will arrive from another pharmacy even at a third of the Benu price. Terrible experience!

I don't agree with all the negative reviews, I have always used this pharmacy, even when it was at number 5, I have never found incompetent or rude staff, they are always attentive to people's needs, as far as prices are concerned I remember that they are imposed prices, they are not established by the medical staff of the Same pharmacy and which vary both in terms of packaging and pharmaceutical company

Always unfriendly and rude. In fact, I only go there for urgent needs, otherwise I go to other Lloys even if I have to travel further and even the last time they didn't deny it since they refused to partially refund me for a supplement taken from the shelf that had been placed in the wrong place, claiming that I had taken it so it was my fault. I won't go there anymore even for emergencies.

Unable to go out, I asked an acquaintance to buy for me a cholesterol supplement that I usually take and that I pay 26.00 euros for in my usual pharmacy. In the pharmacy on Nikolajevka Street, however, they issued a receipt for 49.90 euros. I'd like to understand why. I certainly won't buy anything from you again
