As I have already read in other reviews, MANY report the lack of kindness of a pharmacist, perhaps the oldest, absolutely acidic and not very courteous. I went to the pharmacy to take a Covid swab requested by my doctor at the last minute. I looked out the front door to ask if there was availability to do it without a reservation. A little annoyed she replied that I should have booked and asked me what I needed to do it for? Definitely not as a hobby. The lack of friendliness in the manner was the backdrop throughout the interaction and finally at the time of payment I was grumpily remarked to that "I WAS LUCKY TO HAVE MANAGED TO CARRY OUT THE swab, BECAUSE IT IS NOT PROVIDED WITHOUT A RESERVATION". In my opinion I don't think I forced anyone to have it done. I asked and my proposal was accepted due to his decision-making will. There is no need to point out in those opinionated ways the "charity received", which among other things...I PAID. I suppose if there really wasn't the option I would have to find another pharmacy. Which I will definitely do next time. But who hires such brilliant minds?

Young doctors are always professional. Gentle and polite, but I got an older one, sour as... Which should go more to the post office, I won't go back there again.

At the Wellness pharmacy I had a truly satisfying experience, the Doctors were all very knowledgeable and professional, thanks to Doctor Stefania for the very effective advice... a special person!

Qualified and courteous staff. The Doctors have always been available in responding to my needs, also making me feel at ease.

They comment and laugh at the customers. There is no seriousness. There is a veil of cynicism. This is a pharmacy not a pub.
