I'm so sorry to have to write negative reviews but it's right to do so because otherwise we'll never improve and by not talking the decline of this company continues. Staff who are not friendly and empathetic, as happens with many businesses in the area where kindness is reserved for regular customers. Poor communication between staff, one day an employee does one thing and a few days later he does another and the customer is consequently treated like a liar because taking on one's responsibilities rightly requires effort and honesty. I also work with the public and it is not the easiest job in the world, especially in recent periods of general madness where people have lost the light of reason. But the problem cannot always be others and it is better to start reviewing the management and the relationship with the customer to ensure that people are not forced to go elsewhere. It's a real shame to have a pharmacy under your house and not be able to go there.

Much more interested in selling creams rather than helping people They forgot to order a very important medicine for me, also trying to blame me. I had to cancel a trip and my mental health is much more at risk after this experience. Friendly, polite and always available staff

After an hour of queuing with two small children to take a swab, she tells me that they don't do them without a reservation, when her colleague had said that they would do them even if they didn't have an appointment. He wanted to throw us out after an hour in the cold! A pack of wipes for the little girl €4.44 I will never go back! Maybe they should take something for their memory. They kept changing their minds, we don't work so the doctors help, they don't throw people out!

They are professional, kind and available for whatever is asked of them, despite the particular moment and the influx of people who are there to take the swab, they are always available to everyone. Let's try to be understanding with these people who work for us, thanking them for their kindness and professionalism.
