I was in the pharmacy today, served by a very rude sales assistant who was constantly talking to a colleague showing off. She was also very annoyed that I had to pay by card and that the computer crashed; he asked me twice if I had cash (which I didn't have) in a dubious tone. I then asked her while waiting for the computer to start working again if the old Lloyds card was still valid: she angrily replied yes but that she couldn't check since the computer was blocked. It's a shame that once the computer started working again it didn't do so anyway. I don't think Benu pharmacy should have such unpleasant staff in the store.
Staff who use any means to waste time while serving at the counter with the sole purpose of reaching closing time. I ask to pay by card, the girl activates the payment, I hear the pos ring but she doesn't even hand it to me, she leaves it out of my availability, the payment timer expires to redo the procedure and waste more time. Zero empathy, even just passing the purchased products through the slot in the door seems to weigh on her, she taps the receipt and leaves everything on the counter next to her, perhaps they weighed too much or the box was hot.
🌿I went for a problem that I thought could be solved simply by going to the pharmacy but instead the doctor was able to advise me impeccably. 🌿Patience, empathy, understanding and sympathy made me immediately feel at ease despite the long line of caryatids behind me, snorting, waiting for Viagra. ‼️ Recommended place, quick queue disposal 👍🏼
It's okay to ask, but in this pharmacy every time they have to tell you off as soon as you leave, if it bothers you so much to respond to information, change jobs, but I don't know if there is any job in the world that avoids this, then what's the matter? so irritating to answer the information?? It's not difficult to speak badly but it is difficult to answer the information..
I agree with those who have previously written about the obsession with numbers. It takes education and common sense, being "customers" I expect respect. The number machine didn't work for me and the lady in front of me (we both tried several times, not once). We regularly get in line, when we are almost at our turn we are asked for our number, so we go back and get in line again... It takes common sense to ask an elderly lady and one with two small children to go back and line up again... . No one asked to skip the line!!!!
