Friendliness and kindness.

Good morning, I am an old customer, not only from a personal point of view, of the pharmacy, Piazza Anita Garibaldi. I congratulate you for the efficiency of the service but above all for the professionalism, kindness and availability of the doctors (Dr. Luisa, Dr. Stefania, Dr. Francesca) who always show empathy towards customers, always trying to understand their needs. However, I must express, alas, my regret at Dr. Francesca's transfer to another location. Without wanting to go into the merits of this decision, which can certainly be attributed to the organizational turnover of the LloydsFarmacia group, I take the liberty, as a user but also as a symbolic spokesperson for others, whose regret I have had the opportunity to hear, to express an invitation or a wish that Dr. Francesca can return to "our pharmacy" in Piazza Anita Garibaldi to ensure that the patient/pharmacist continuity is not interrupted, while maintaining esteem and trust for the other two doctors.
