worst service, rude and incompetent staff who are so far from being pharmacist, as they don't care about people who are ill in queue. waiting 25 minutes while there are 3 counters and your are the forth in line (2 of the having the break) meaning lack of the respect toward clients. comparing to all of other pharmacies in the area not recommending at all !! I put this negative comment because it happened too many times and I feel responsible to share this with others hopefully their service would improve.

Worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacist even does not know what is stye and send me to hospital for prescription. Thea is always 15 mins at minimum.

I've always gone here and I'm happy, usually fast orders and/or well-stocked shop. This time I entered the pharmacy during rush hour, only having to leave a sample for urgent collection, I approached the tills politely asking if I could just leave the sample since I didn't have to buy anything. I was first answered in a disdainful way "in what sense a champion, sorry", and then left me in the queue for half an hour with all the customers saying that a long registration on the computer would be needed. When I got to my turn I discovered that all I had to do was scan a barcode and they let me go immediately. The boy who served me was very kind and helpful straight away but the colleague was not helpful at all. Thanks for your kindness....
