Frustrated pharmacists don't accept prescriptions because they get overwritten... not to mention the fact that they have a 2 1/2 hour lunch break
Absolute lack of professionalism... they sell German rapid swabs that are "non-deductible" in 730 because they have a code that the system doesn't recognize. You find out this after you have purchased. The correctness lay in informing the customer first at the time of purchase
Staff absolutely unwilling to listen to the customer's problem. I had asked for something for acidity and reflux that wasn't mint. I was given some sachets, worth 20 euros, when I now saw that bioketase exists. For acidity and reflux. Orange flavor and lemon flavor. Instead of huffing and puffing over 2 more requests, maybe work with more passion.
I would like to express my disappointment with today's treatment. On Friday I had ordered an antibiotic not intended for me and prescribed by the doctor. It wasn't available, they ordered it and asked me to come by today, Monday. At 7.15pm I show up, I am told that they have not delivered it and that I could take the generic instead. I replied that I didn't want the generic and that it would be enough to let me know, today in Milan I could get the medicine there. However, tonight, when the antibiotic was needed, I would have had to do without it. I call it a disservice. Without either apologize, they almost made me feel guilty for not taking the generic. Anything goes, inefficiencies can happen, only those who don't work don't make mistakes and so on.... But at least admit that the mistake is theirs without making the customer feel like an idiot who leaves empty-handed with his beautiful recipe today useless, right???
