I'm giving one star just because I can't get 0... I'll briefly tell you about my experience in this pharmacy, I'm going to buy 4 medicines for my dog immediately after the vet in that area, I'll start by saying, I live near Vaglia otherwise I wouldn't have even gone there. all at around 7.45 am, at around 8.20 pm, when I got home, when I opened one of the drugs I realized that 1 there was a "syringe" missing to extract it (therefore already unusable for this reason) and 2 the box was dry but "stained" at that point I look at the practically null medicine (liquid) inside the bottle. I called the next day to point it out since I had to urgently do it for my dog, saying that I would bring it to show the condition and they replied that there were no problems, they would have changed it for me (and I say, with what the drugs cost vets, God forbid!) I arrive there yesterday, the owner of the pharmacy shows up and with a pedantic air (along with all the pharmacists) in a few words they call me a fake and a liar in front of EVERYONE, saying that it's impossible, all with a looooong face. angry that I allowed myself to say sorry, but if there's anyone who should be pissed off, it's me. At least I expected an "sorry" from the moment I PAID for the drug and I expected it, as it should have been. After this situation, treated like a thief in front of everyone, in more total embarrassment than I would have ever expected such treatment, I at least request the new drug, which obviously I paid for because my dog needed it... conclusion, it was my fault and I found myself buying the same drug twice... but at least now I was able to give it to him. As far as I'm concerned, no one makes me do these figures in front of everyone, I'm a worker and with 20 euros more or less in my pocket I'm the same, I was just going to point out something that was incorrect and not due to me. . It doesn't end here, today I will talk to the police and the local health authority, I have my father who works there and I hope and pray to be able to reach a conclusion, not for the money, but who cares, but for this treatment that not even a gypsy would receive I would allow myself. You are rude, I have nothing else to say.

This morning I went to the San Jacopino pharmacy for a cut on my index finger. A pharmacist Not only was she very nice, professional in serving me but she even medicated me which was not her obligation and indicated the treatments to do. Really welcoming and good

Very nice. It's just that sometimes you have to be a little more patient. They always have plenty of medicine! In this area, we are lucky to have them!
