Prescription orders are usually incorrect. The communication between the employees is also very poor, as information is not exchanged at all or is exchanged very modestly. The Italian staff cannot or does not want to speak German, which makes communication difficult. Due to my chronic illness, I have to go to the pharmacy regularly and everything has never worked smoothly. If you have the opportunity to go to another pharmacy, you should probably do so!

Customer service is top drawer! Was there at 12.30 sharp, came straight from the ophthalmologist and urgently needed antibiotic ointment. The employee saw me knocking on the door from the counter, turned around and turned off the light in the back room. Disgusting.
No corona test was possible for our daughter here; we were rudely turned away as tourists.
Very competent, courteous and helpful in the emergency service, even on a Sunday evening!
