Helpful, friendly and kind which is just what needed when trying to book Covid-19 tests as a visitor to the city.

STAFF WITH POOR SERIOUSITY I HAD ORDERED A NEW NAD PLUS SUPPLEMENT BY TELEPHONE THE DOCTOR GOT THE ORDER ON THE PHONE AND CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND THE COLLEAGUE TELLS ME NO ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED; DOCTOR FEDERICA TELLS ME THEN I WILL MAKE THE ORDER THEN THE NEXT DAY BEING A SATURDAY 18\05\24 HE TOLD ME I DON'T KNOW IF IT WILL ARRIVE ANYWAY IT'S ARRIVING OH IT'S NOT ARRIVING I'LL CALL YOU THE SAME ON SATURDAY NONE PHONE CALL FROM DOCTOR FEDERICA AND NO SUPPLEMENT PURCHASED I'M JUST SAYING THIS THAT ETHICAL BEHAVIOR AND PROFESSIONAL ETHICS JUST SUCK.

All the girls who work in this pharmacy are very kind, prepared and professional. Excellent pharmacy.

The staff here are "differently kind": when the owners themselves are so, it is more than normal that it is passed on to all the staff. If you can, avoid it: there are many other pharmacies not far away (Piazza XX Settembre "dell'Aquila" and Viale Cilla) where courtesy is a certainty. I'm giving just two stars because the location is very convenient (but it also places this pharmacy in a sort of natural monopoly which allows the owners to feel like gods on earth)

There is never anything in the pharmacy. Lunch - half day. The service is under the pedestal. They did not give anything from the list, except 1 syringe, and did not want to accept card payment. They said I was incredible. It's the 21st century and I can't calculate a card in Europe, and I'm also rude about it.
