Review from an American tourist looking for painkillers in a foreign country. The pharmacist was kind and spoke enough English to help me. Very nice. Note that if you’re looking for pain reliever, ibuprofen costs almost double paracetamol (acetaminophen/Tylenol) so if both work for you, just ask for the cheap one. Also, a lot of prescription names are the same if you know the generic name and try to say it with an Italian accent. 😁

Good service even though I felt the urge to sell as much as possible while advising expensive products only. Also COVID autotest sold for 9.50 per unit...a bit too expensive

It is very well organized and quick to serve. They have a very nice way to deal with clients and giving all the information needed

They say they do test but they don’t.

All the staff are very kind, honest, knowledgeable and courteous; they are well stocked, honest prices, unlike the pharmacy not far away in Via Il Prato (which is to be avoided like the plague, where instead they were very rude and did not give me a receipt or correctly deduct important expenses, which do not even appear in my TS statement despite having shown the card at the time of payment). So fantastic, I highly recommend it as a trusted and reference pharmacy rather than the nearby one for sure.
