Five stars in this case are not enough. Qualified, courteous and always available staff. They work from the heart and this is what differentiates them from all other pharmacies. Their humanity and availability has always been indispensable for my entire family. We love you guys - "Your Burgios"

Competent, friendly and helpful staff. They have always met my needs; even when they didn't have the requested products, they always took action to find them. Relaxed and staid atmosphere even in these days of general chaos. Even outbursts of anger that I have witnessed are justified by me as follows: rudeness is responded to with rudeness. The Pharmacy has been and will always be my reference pharmacy

Shameful, a do-it-yourself swab costs €12.80, double that of other pharmacies. I wonder how those in charge could allow such havoc during an emergency. Obviously I will never go back there again. And I hope that this review can avoid this scam for others.

Very bad. I went to them to use the public service of changing GPs and they denied it to me, expressly telling me that they only grant the service for assignments to GPs who practice for rent in their clinics. As if the service that the ASL granted was theirs... Dear doctor, I do not agree and in any case I am inquiring with the ASL. Furthermore, his version differs from the one given yesterday in the pharmacy. Finally, you provide a public service and if you become a reference for the services that the ASL provides to the citizen you cannot arbitrarily decide the ways in which to provide it. If you are not satisfied because they don't pay you, simply stop being a reference for the ASL services. I don't think anyone is forcing you. I am just a user who came to you and to whom you denied a service relating to public health.

Very bad!!!! 2 out of 4 pharmacists with their masks lowered in times of pandemic... it's not good at all!!!! They should be the first to pay maximum attention. As also indicated on the entrance door of the pharmacy (in case you have not read it, but only printed and attached it) the mask must cover the nose and mouth, not just the mouth.
